Water Injection Project (THWI) BPGOM
Thunder Horse was originally designed and built with a water injection system. However, this system has not been
used in Operations. The reservoir pressure is now dropping and water injection needs to be started. A phased
approach is being taken to achieve the ultimate injection capacity of 200 KBPD. There is a desire by BP to start
water injection as soon as possible. A target date has been set to achieve Early Water (initial injection).

Infrastructure and Radio Program (IRP) (B.P. Gulf of Mexico: Select, Define and Execute Phases)
The main objective of the Project relates to repairs and improvements to each of eight (8) Asset Infrastructure,
associated with the replacement of the company Radio. Presently also working on THWI Project.

Atlantis (B.P. Gulf of Mexico: Select, Define and Execute Phases)
Atlantis Phase 2 topsides (H8 & H10 Umbilical’s) consist of an Access Platform to allow H8 & H10
Umbilical Installation and Structural Support frame to provide space for installations of two Chemical Injection and
metering Skids. Metering Skids consist of Tubing Piping and Controls. The Access Platform, Support Frame and
two chemical Injection Metering Skids are installed on Atlantis PQ Facility to provide hydraulic control fluid, corrosion
scale /Inhibitor, asphaltene inhibitor and methanol injection capability to the subsea production wells connection to
H8 & H10 Umbilical’s.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, monitor and update Schedule for Select, Define and Execute Phases using Primavera
software (P5/P6)
• Develop EPC Schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and others contractors to make the schedule
live and realistic and linked logically with the work sequence & with the minimum possible target and
imposed or constraint dates
• Integrates with and across technical disciplines to ensure resultant plans and schedules accurately and
comprehensively define the actual engineering work content, relationships and durations
• Determine, monitor and review all project economics to include staffing requirements and project
resources
• Planning and leveling of overall project resources based on individual area requirements
• Once the schedule is completed, reviewed and approved by the project team and the client assign
baseline of the project
• Provide & Update Progress S-Curve, Disciplines Progress, and POB schedule/ graph of each Hub and
issues.
• Perform Critical path analysis by identifying issues and work with team to provide solutions and
workarounds.
• Review Critical path on weekly basic and compare critical activities to the Project base line to be sure
that the required correction action is been taken to bring the schedule back on schedule or to deal with
any delay may impact the project completion
• Attend schedule review meeting, weekly project team meeting and engineering meeting

MVU-FC Post Outage (Suncor Major Project)
Suncor Company is an integrated energy company strategically focused on developing Athabasca-Canada oil
sands. Athabasca one of the world's largest petroleum resource basins. Mostly Suncor projects are located in Fort
McMurray.Fort McMurray, Alberta, is located about 435 kilometres northeast of Edmonton, nestled in the boreal
forest at the confluence of the Athabasca and Clearwater rivers.
This Project is located in the base plant of Suncor .MVUFC was created to increase the overall plant capacity from
275,000 to 350,000 BPD and estimated cost was $282M. This project was included modifications to the vacuum unit
and debottleneck of the cocker unit i.e. Mechanical, Steel Structure, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation and
EHT.(This project comprised of Plant 52, Plant 56, Plant 57 and installation of various pumps, several exchangers,
Civil Works, Deluge Piping, Heavy Naphtha Piping, Heavy Naphtha electrical/instrumentation, Slop oil Piping, Antivibration
Stakes, HAGO & HVGO System and Fire proofing).
• Develop schedule in central P3e/c (P-5) database based on the budgeted hours, drawings and project
scope of work and linked logically with the work sequence & with the minimum possible target and
imposed or constraint dates
• Resource loaded with labor resources - per trade/ material resources/loaded with equipment resources
and attach to the proper calendar
• Resource levelling and analyses to be sure that whatever resource required completing the job is
available and leveled to avoid any unexpected spike over the project life cycle.
• Once the schedule is completed, reviewed and approved by the project team and the client, assign
baseline of the project
• Update Schedule on weekly basic. Keep track of the budget man-hours & budget material quantities for
comparison at different project stages.
• Review critical path on weekly basic and compare critical activities to the Project base line to be sure
that the required correction action is been taken to bring the schedule back on schedule or to deal with
any delay may impact the project completion
• To review the schedule hold schedule review meetings with all discipline leads and superintendent to
review the schedule
• Develop recovery schedules /mitigations plans in case of potential delays
